The release smartphone of MIUI 12 for the Mi 9T Pro, Mi 9T, Mi 9, Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro is "now starting to kick in", according to Xiaomi. The statement, tweeted to its hundreds of thousands of followers on Twitter, appears to signal that the company may be ready to start issuing MIUI 12 to other devices like the Redmi Note 7, Redmi Note 8 Pro and Pocophone F1 too.

Xiaomi has announced the "MIUI 12 full release" for multiple devices. As the image below demonstrates, Xiaomi has included the Mi 9T, Mi 9T Pro, Mi 9, Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro on this list, which are the same devices that the company chose for Round 1 of its MIUI 12 release schedule.

Since Xiaomi made this announcement through its @miuirom Twitter account, it should follow that these devices should soon be receiving the company's latest OS across all branches of MIUI. MIUI 12 has already reached the global editions of most of these devices, with Xiaomi having just released the first MIUI 12 update to the Mi 9.

The company is yet to confirm when MIUI 12 will reach these five devices across all branches, and has only offered the caveat that MIUI 12 is "now starting to kick in".

Additionally, this announcement seems to signal the beginning of the end for Round 1 of Xiaomi's release schedule for MIUI 12. Hence, it should follow that the company is on the cusp of starting Round 2, which includes devices like the Redmi Note 7, Redmi Note 8 Pro and Pocophone F1.
